Our Story

We founded Lexemo back in 2019 with the goal of changing the legal industry by using technology to optimize processes and workflows. Learning how law firms and legal departments are focused on digitalization and automation, we developed e! our no-code automation tool.

e! is a dynamic tool that is continuously upgraded according to our users' needs and the latest technology releases. Most importantly, it allows users to leverage the power of generative AI to put their legal expertise into delivering digital without having any coding knowledge.

Pascal Di Prima

CEO (LL.M. UNSW, Sydney)

Pascal, a German qualified lawyer, is CEO and Co-founder of Lexemo. Before the founding of Lexemo, Pascal was a banking regulatory Partner at Simmons & Simmons and Counsel at Clifford Chance advising European Financial Institutions on EU banking regulation. He regularly publishes in professional journals about banking regulation.

Olaf Draeger

CTO

Olaf is CTO and Co-founder of Lexemo. Olaf has more than 20 years of experience in implementing and managing IT infrastructure and IT teams; he spent 15+ years in the Hedge Fund Industry in various positions.

With over 10 years of experience, her area of expertise is the interface between digital business models, sales & marketing and the legal sector. She is board member of the Legal Tech Association Germany and co-founder of the legal tech company LegalTegrity.

Lead Developer

Starting in Real Estate Management, Henk specialized in data acquisition for property portfolios. As he transitioned into the tech world after completing his studies in Applied Computer Science, Henk has uniquely blended his technical expertise with practical insights.

Developer

Aleksei began his software development journey in 2002, specializing in ERP solutions. With years of experience across multiple industries and domains, he has cultivated a vast skill set spanning programming languages, database management systems, and data management expertise.

With over a decade of experience in software development, her specialty lies in cutting-edge fields like Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Data Science. Deeply gravitating towards AI research she harbors the unique aspiration of one day becoming a robot herself.

Her career spans a broad spectrum of design and executive partner relations across international companies. Her professional journey has given her the full skillset to solve complex UX/UI problems for digital products, develop user-centric solutions and bridge the gap between user needs and business goals.

She has accumulated a decade of experience across engineering training, certification, and consultation industries, with a solid foundation in digital marketing, campaign strategizing, and brand presence development. Her career has seen senior roles, where she managed international marketing efforts and led significant growth initiatives.

Cristian Frigo

Business Development

Working full-time as a Project Manager at TechQuartier in Frankfurt, Cristian is also helping Lexemo with Business Development on a part-time basis. Leading innovation programs with GIZ and the Ministry of Economics, he drives digital transformation, overseeing a platform uniting startups, corporates, and investors to foster ecosystem growth.
